meatless monday: tofu 10 ways

Tofu. In soups. Salads. Stir-frys. A staple in every vegetarian kitchen, for better or worse. And I confess: it can be a bit of a yawn fest.

Thanks to the peeps over at BlissTree, for putting together this listicle of tofu, 10 ways. Anxious to get cooking and try this glorious looking pumpkin-seed-crusted tofu in lemongrass broth, and this mustard-crusted tofu over wilted greens and sweet potatoes.
