…but probably not this week as it’s early-August cray-cray busy. July has been somewhat mellow, but this month brings:
– A girl’s weekend north of Boston. Hello, Bolt Bus!
– An increasing number of events at Lost Weekend. Jewelry launch, photo installation opening party, etc. etc. etc.
– Amping up training for the NYC Marathon. My Sunday mornings start with 10+ milers, and that number keeps creeping up. Naps, AC, and chocolate milk are essential in the afternoon.
– Amping up fundraising efforts for said marathon. LES Girls Club needs your support. Ahem, donate here if you please. 🙂
But I will make this. The Scrumptious Pumpkin’s Greek Tomato-Feta Quinoa marries my favorite flavors (a nutty grain! salty feta! lemony lemons! sweet little tomatoes!). But you can imagine how this simple side dish (or main dish, for the meatless set) can slide right into our summer repertoire.
